Great place to work. If you perform well, there are clear opportunities to progress, as the company strongly promotes from within. The culture is very open, you can speak to management about workload, challenges, or even leadership style without feeling targeted. Feedback is genuinely encouraged, and constructive criticism is taken seriously and often acted upon. The team is growing quickly, but individual contributions are still recognised and appreciated. Overall, a really positive and supportive environment.

Is a sales company, if you under perform, you're given opportunities to redeem yourself, however the roles are results driven. don't expect an easy ride
