      Access to many companies decision makers in town. Great company to look for if you want to network.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. LIttle to no feedback. Company is a revolving door for employees!

      Pros

      Given a lot of freedom in decision making. Not a very stressful environment.

      Cons

      This company has Franchisees so the working conditions are varied depending on your particular locations management style. In my particular instance the owners have abdicated their business and left it "up in the air". Little if any participation from the owners in building or even managing their own business. Extremely poor benefits NO commission, low salary, and zero growth potential. I consider this a blemish on my CV. My advice? Stay away!
