Pros

A National Stafing Firm with enterpreunerial-like environment. Given freedom and flexibility to grow business. Employees are dedicated, professional, hardworking, helpful to new employees, great teamwork

Cons

Because all offices are franchised, pay and benefits are much like a Mom & Pop operation- no group insurance plans as with most national staffing firms. No fringes such as bereavement pay, 401k matching funds. Technology (Applicant Tracking System and CRM) is right out of the 1980's.

Express pays people on time and is considerate when you call in to let them know you are available for work.

Cons

Leadership doesn't have any action plans for getting people full time work, promoting its employees, or obtaining pay beyond minimum wage in most cases.
