Good job security. Work life balance. For freshers good exposure in avionics and design team.

Cons

Stress team ultra disgusting due to kannada politics those idiots does. Don't work in Stress team if you are not kannada. Top to bottom kannada politics in that stupid team. Aerospace Management is weak.
