      The focus is on collaboration rather than competitiveness, as a culture. The management and team members make sure you are feeling recognized and valued. People in general are hired to fit the team also, not just the job, so you usually end up with an awesome work environment. This is the place to be who you truly are, authenticity is appreciated not frowned upon. The colleagues are treating you with respect regardless of your age or gender.
