Pros

I have a tremendous amount of autonomy and get recognized for my performance. I have had the opportunity to move several times, which is made very easy by the company. As I have advanced my career I am continually given the opportunity to embrace new challenges and work with a team that motivates me to be my best every day!

Cons

Your success is based solely on your performance, this is not a negative for me, but can be challenging for some people.

Pros

Awesome benefits, ability to run your own business, ability to make a ton of money, good training, ethical, honest, strong wholesome values, profit sharing, 3% 401k match, profit sharing, ability to move up quickly. The harder you work, the faster you move up. I love working here and I have no plans of leaving anytime soon.

Cons

Because branches are open based on demand, usually 730-6 m-f and at most branches weekends, employees work long long days. Minimum of 49 hours a week-which is usually fine unless/until you have a new family. There is no paid paternity leave but time off is granted. As a new employee you are sold the Enterprise dream. If you are lucky enough to be placed at a branch with a good, well developed, and engaging leader, you will succeed and live that dream. If you are placed with a newer (not always true) or less than ideal leader, you'll quickly feel overworked and under appreciated.

Thanks for the review! In regards to paternity leave, the paternity leave program grants up to five days of paid leave for all eligible full-time employees. If you have completed two years of cumulative service with Enterprise, you are eligible for this benefit. Feel free to reach out to your HR representative to learn more.

Pros

Love the people and the atmosphere in the branch. The number of promotional opportunities is crazy as well. People are constantly getting promoted and everyone just wants to work hard and be recognised for that. I can already see that you get out what you put in. You are learning to run your own business and the management team are really passionate about what they do.

Cons

The hours are long and can be unpredictable but what do you expect when you work in retail? It is a very customer service orientated environment and our customers seem to be exceptionally demanding but nothing beats the buzz of getting a great customer service score and you get a bonus too!
