      Pros

      Good first job to get experience, but dont stay too long

      Cons

      Long hours... I worked 60+ hours EVERY week as assistant manager. usually 70-80. Sometimes I could not take a lunch break. I would get to work at 6.30-6.45 am and never leave before 7 pm. Work every other saturday 8 am - 2 pm... It wasn't worth all the work for the pay

      Pros

      Looks great on a resume, since it is one of the last places where slavery is still legal. Plan on 65+ hours a week and when you go to the bar after work to drink off stress all you can do is talk about work. I do have fantastic relationships that have developed because of this company. Friends that will stay with me forever.

      Cons

      Management thrives on fear. Write ups are the main tool for motivation. Hours are unbearable after a while. Customers threatening your life over a stupid car gets old.
