This is probably true, but you have to be willing to give your life away. The hours are CRAZY! For someone who is a classic, money-drive salesperson at heart, this is a job you can succeed in. If you're not a salesperson at heart, I wouldn't even waste your time with this company. It is not for you, just like it wasn't for me. I hated the fact that we had a strict dress business-attire dress code yet were expected to wash cars in the Miami heat. I understand they want to show you the ropes from the ground up, but really, this is not necessary.

Too many hours! Be prepared to work 50+ hours closer to 60+ hours for management. Have to deal with a lot of angry customers as the majority of your business is due to replacement rentals ie. the customer has just been in an accident and they take it out on you. The economy has hurt the car industry so they are feeling it now.
