Pros

>Young and fun work force > Opportunities for promotion If you are prepared to work long hours and work hard you will be rewarded for what you do. Everyone starts at the same level and follows the same career map, if you work hard you are guaranteed to get promotions within your first year. If you are motivated by money this is a good place to work, monetary incentives are always available. The higher up the company you progress the better the incentives become. Because everyone is of a similar age it is easy to make friends and they try to encourage staff to go out together or reward them with nights out. You rotate branches every 6-12 months which gives you the opportunity to meet new people but this also means you need to be flexible in where you can work. You get the opportunity to get experience in various departments such as sales, marketing, accounts receivable, customer service and employee development.

Cons

> Long working hours > Have to work your way up to get decent pay If you are prepared to work hard and long hours you will be rewarded. The first few months can be challenging as the business is very fast paced and it can be overwhelming but with experience it does become easier. The harder you work the quicker you will progress through the company. The long hours can be a downside and if you have a family or other commitments this may not suit you, you must be prepared to work 50 hour weeks and weekend work. The pay at the beginning is not the best but you do have the opportunity to get bonus' etc, as you progress the money is better and when you get promoted to a management position you are paid a percentage of the branch profits so what you put in you will get back.
