Because everyone is of a similar age it is easy to make friends and they try to encourage staff to go out together or reward them with nights out. You rotate branches every 6-12 months which gives you the opportunity to meet new people but this also means you need to be flexible in where you can work. You get the opportunity to get experience in various departments such as sales, marketing, accounts receivable, customer service and employee development.
