      Job Security is probably good Typical manufacturing work culture, not very stressful Company has good facilities Five day work week

      Cons

      Not many chances for advancement Not very supportive management Overall growth is very slow and limited Even after 5 day week you will end up working 6 many times

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
