      Pros

      Just one engineer in each discipline, then a manager to manage them, an engineering manager to manage the managers, project managers to manage the projects and a director to manage them. When it's 90% managers it's like having 8 bosses and you're the only one doing actual work.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
