      Leider bleiben einige unfähige Köpfe in Mngt-Strukturen hängen, Vollumfänglicher Change bleibt aus, vorallem in den IT Ebenen. Hoher Fluktuationsanteil auf unteren Ebenen

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
