- Boys club culture and some very toxic people who bring down whole teams and get away with it
- Lots of pressure to deliver from senior management
- No tech innovation and very poor processes
- The engineering standards are extremely low which affect quality negatively

Cons
Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
