      Management: they aren’t trained to lead nor to manage. Basics are just not there: manager candidly admitting in front of HR to have created a role ad hoc for someone (rather than a real business need); manager openly saying their 121 with her manager are never about their team but about them only. Manager receiving 3 times on the row poor pulse scores … (which their 121 focus on)

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
