Pros

- Great benefits - Enjoy the 37.5 hour work week - Good salary and the bonus structure is amazing

Cons

LEGO is a great place to work until it's not. It seems that, in the US office at least, some very toxic people can raise through the ranks quickly and make life difficult for those underneath, or those who question them. LEGO likes to pretend it's a very open company, but if you give negative feedback you will be punished for it. It's overly fond of re-orgs, with only every year or so. They have cute names for it, like "Simplify to Grow" but it's just re-orgs, layoffs, etc. And then there's the move to Boston. Employees aren't given much incentive to move and the move is likely to clear out some of the more tenured LEGO employees here.

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
