There were great benefits to the role such as potentially being able to work in other stores in different cities and opportunities. The discount was great and not a bad place to work at.

Work/life balance was hard to keep up with at times as was repeatedly put on long shifts back to back.

Cons
Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
