1) Incompetent manager (based on where I was employed): - Release late shift schedule (1-7 days prior to the next month) - Change employee's shift without informing them days prior or not inform at all and later complained about why I didn't show up - Heavily understaffed but only use 1-2 employees to work overtime even though there are many that are under the same contract 2) I haven't received a high salary increase after 2 years of working - no bonuses - no Weihnachtsgeld
