      Pros

      stores are relatively clean and the co workers are capable of doing the duties

      Cons

      consistent errors in pay, inconsistent stock and floor coverage. Management sets unrealistic sales goals and then expects associates to exceed them and those who don't tend to get their working hours cut to 5 a week

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
