      Long shifts during “long week” days can be physically exhausting. Weekend and holiday work is required. Salary could better reflect the workload and expectations. Sales targets sometimes create pressure. Limited career growth in store positions.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
