      Pros

      A handful of really sweet folks made it worth it, for awhile.

      Cons

      Poor training. Changing expectations. Office politics, lots of miserable people making it hard for the decent ones, very hard to get a day off even if you ask for a month in advance - they will fight you on it last second. Remember when considering a job here, that you’ll be exposed to horrible carcinogenic chemicals at the plant even though you’re in an office setting.

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
