      Being proactive and going the extra mile are rewarded. Fexible schedules, management cares for employees, great benefits.

      Cons

      As with any other company, it's easy to get lost in the ranks. Industry cycles affect engineering companies harder than operators, etc. Follows the trend to reduce costs by cutting OH.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
