Some products use extremely old technologies and refuse to modernize. Lack of emphasis on important things such as tech upgrades/improvements and security. Constant shuffling of employees and manager. No large layoffs (yet?) but it is clear they are cost cutting aggressively. No job security, I feel on edge often. Mandated return to office even though MOST employees are remote since it’s a GLOBAL company. Timeline/deadline pressure is extreme in some teams; Some teams are completely overworked and stretched thin. Constant pressure to “be better” or “improve”, maybe some employees are doing as required but don’t want to “excel and overachieve” at the pace they expect you to. Sometimes your voice does not matter, only when its convenient or gets briefly “highlighted” in survey results but nothing REALLY gets done. Lack of work culture and community. Overall, no emphasis on employee experience and satisfaction.
