They are outsourcing almost all work to Costa Rica to cut costs. So many politics here. If you are good at talking and making yourself look important, you will get promoted while the ones actually doing the work are passed over.
Fear based culture due to all the lay-off's and outsourcing to Costa Rica and other LATAM countries. The new grad program is a complete joke. Clueless new grads are brought in thinking they deserve the world, and try to tell the experience people how things need to be done. News flash - they are rejects from other top tier companies. The new grads need babysitting for 2 -3 years, and then are promoted to higher level positions to try and market to Universities, but the reality is they are not deserving at all and severely lack the experience. If they aren't causing a nightmare for the more experienced employees, managers or talent and development - they are leaving for other opportunities.
HR and the recruiters are an absolute joke. They will act like your friend and tell you anything you want to hear, but really DO NOT care one bit about you or your career and will purposely hold you back in terms of salary and promotions.
