Pros

World Kinect truly lives up to its values. The hiring process was seamless and impressively fast—no time wasted. The interview with the line managers felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal Q&A. They were fully engaged, having read my CV thoroughly, and made me feel seen and heard. The company operates on a hybrid model, which offers a great balance between working from the office and home. HR is incredibly efficient and welcoming, and everyone plays their role with professionalism and care. What stands out most is that the company is exactly what they say they are—transparent, supportive, and people-focused.

Cons

None. The company is perfect from my experience.
