Pros
It is possible to reach management positions with very high salaries even without professional or technical skills, such as proficiency in basic tools like PowerPoint. This creates the impression that career progression depends more on internal favoritism than on actual competence.
Cons
Although externally it seems like hiring is closed, internally management brings in whoever they prefer and favoring with a specific background. Women in engineering and technical roles are not taken seriously and are often labeled as “emotional.” The right to equal treatment (AGG) is not genuinely applied for employees, but rather used as a tool to cover up issues instead of addressing them.
