Work life balance is great 35h per week contract, can do extra hours with approval (that means extra money). Multiple bonuses. Employee car leasing. No work pressure. 1 day per week work from office
Cons
Too relaxed, rarely anything gets actually delivered to production. Frustrating if you want to progress your career with solid work. Lots of bureaucracy. To the point you stop caring.
