Pros
If you consider leadership to be about aggressive behavior and outdated management tactics , this place is for you.
Cons
This company fails to value merit and expertise. The work culture is outdated and, frankly, stuck in the 60s. There is little regard for competence, as many managers are in positions they clearly aren’t qualified for, leading to inefficiency and stagnation. Worse still, the environment is often hostile, marked by aggression, shouting, and unprofessional behavior, particularly toward those who try to offer solution. The pervasive sexism and disregard for merit only contribute to the growing dysfunction. Most managers could be replaced by anyone with a suit. Their positions are more about appearance and connections than actual qualifications. They also heavily rely on external consultants to explain their own processes. This toxic culture not only prevents talent but also explains much of the company's current struggles and decline.
