The worst ran place I’ve ever worked at, you have people with foreman contracts who have 10 years experience running machinery while people who have 0 experience on the industry and in pickup trucks telling you what to do because “ they can’t run machinery “ it’s all totally backwards and extremely unorganized, no upper management tell you anything as they want to keep you not knowing
