      Stable business with established business processes. Large parent company that provides the covenant needed in the built environment. Excellent learning curve for those wanting to progress their career.

      Cons

      Nothing develops quickly. The organisation stifles creativity. When wanting to get things done it can be frustatingly slow and cumbersome.
