Strong job stability and a collaborative team environment. Colleagues are generally supportive and easy to work with.
Cons
Limited career growth opportunities and lack of clear development plans. Titles and compensation often do not align with actual responsibilities. Salaries tend to be below market for the scope of work expected.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us such thoughtful feedback, we really do appreciate it. It is great to hear that you had a positive working environment with your team and that you felt stable in your position.
Recognition, internal mobility, and pay for performance are all initiatives we are currently working on improving. We currently tie goal achievement and performance rating to pay –in addition to company performance. We also offer every employee an incentive for personal and company performance. Thanks for leaving us your feedback.
The work is interesting. Some decent travel is available if desired. If you work hard and set yourself apart from others you can earn a promotion.
Cons
It’s all about who you know. All responsibilities fall on Engineering. Engineering does much more than “engineer” and spend too much time on stuff that admin staff “should be able” to do. When something needs to change the usual solution is to have Engineers be responsible for it because many non-engineers can’t handle mediocre tasks.
