Pros
Working environment is fantastic & human centred. Working flexibility is excellent. If your job is getting done there are no questions asked. Excellent work life balance. Development opportunities are excellent. Both formal, with a clear development plan and yearly development budget and informally. You are given the freedom to try out new ideas, fail and push yourself. Remote working friendly - 1 day per month in the office required. Fantastic colleagues. Very welcoming.
Cons
Wage is average at best. Transparency on pay bands is very low. Formal pay rise / promotion processes are highly complex. Quite chaotic at times. Inter - team communication is not great. Left hand not talking to the right hand is a problem.
