Pros

Good people, organized system of locating product. Good use of technology. Good use of getting new brands and items into stores. Prices are reasonable. Ok discount. Adequate apprecation shown within stores

Cons

Quality of staff and availabilty of staff, new hires can be subpar or inadequate, lack of advanced planning at store levels, extremely poor pay raises at team member level, can be politcally driven at store level. People can be very self focused, equipment can be old or willingness to fix borken equipment can be based on cost wether than focusing on giving empoyees proper equipment to complete jobs, training can be erradic, not enough qualilty appreciaton shown at team member level

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
