      It’s a great company to work for that truly believes in their team members. The job is fulfilling and rewarding and the pay is often high.

      Work output expectations are too high. There is an often a lot of rework.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
