Pros
Lots of wonderful, smart people who don't take themselves too seriously but still take pride in their work. Everyone enjoys knowledge sharing and competition between engineers is very low, if any at all.
Cons
Some red tape in terms of adding features, typical downfalls of agile/scrum/web development. Overall better than other companies I've worked at, though.
