Pros

Pay and most peers are great to work with and become friends.

Cons

Distribution Center in Stuarts Draft Va. We concentrate on everything except our actual job - moving product to the stores. 90% of the job is finding ways to spot light yourself. Constant and never ending meetings to promote what you are working on, what you've done and how you are developing. You have 50 managers at the same level all trying to get the attention of the Seniors and GM. The best at self promotion are the winners the rest get constant negative feedback. Work performance and your team's performance mean nothing to the upper management. Image and perception are everything.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
