      There is somewhat of job security, just as long as you show up on time and do as you are told, thats with any company of course. They are pretty flexible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible,hours are few,no real growth individually, no matter how long you have been with them.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
