      great culture, fun people, great benefits, promotion opportunities, support from management, fun employee events, convenient discount, comfort in position, flexibility

      Cons

      i was a little bit stuck in my position although i had lots of potential. if the DTL doesn't like you, you are basically there with no chance of moving up.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
