      Pros

      Great work life balance. Very good out of college learning program, despite lower pay during that time.

      Cons

      Tough to deal with disconnect between business and tech side on occasion. "Settling for mediocrity" mindset with engineers. So many engineers that are at the same pay grade clearly don't know what they're doing. Demoralizing.
