Pros
They are a feedback based business, if you do a good job you will be offered a position as an ETL when you are done... It was good and challenging, but tiring and a wake up call for college students. Got to travel and do business trips and outing as well as personal development.
Cons
You work weekends and crazy hours, 4AM-1PM etc. And forget holidays, you don't get them.
