      Pros

      I have become good friends with my coworkers.

      Cons

      Never enough people staffed at the same time, they've gotten rid of multiple store positions so now you have to magically get everything done yourself.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
