Pros
The people that work at Target are amazing and they try really hard to maintain a positive and rewarding work environment The leadership strives hard to listen to their team members and will have their backs if needed Target expects you to work hard but they also want to have fun and will reward hard work with recognition
Cons
Favoritism and nepotism is a problem among a lot of the higher leadership levels Once you are seen to be a problem by one leader, than there is nothing you can do and they will push you out of the company They promote internally quite frequently but only opportunities are within the retail ranks. Limited opportunity for anything else unless you moved to Minneapolis.
