      Pros

      The people are great -- always willing to help. Work life balance is still maintained, despite the economic downturn. Great work environment.

      Cons

      As with any large company, there's bureaucracy. Promotions are conducted in a fairly hush-hush way. There's a lack of transparency in a number of HR-related procedures as well.
