Pros
it is a good, descent job to start off at for high school and/or college students, because it is a chance for them to gain oral communication skills and obtain customer service experience. management and co-workers are easy to get along with. the store can be a fast-paced environment at times, but sometimes the environment can very laid back and fun.
Cons
having to deal with certain grumpy customers (especially during the holidays), management or supervisors can be strict when it comes to store policy and rules. pay rate is good starting off but you only get a raise once a year and it is not that much.
