Pros
The coworkers were really welcoming and it was easy to build a good relationship with everyone. The customers were also nice for the most part.
Cons
Sometimes the customers would go to this location instead of the other stand-alone Starbucks right across the street. It became an issue because we couldn't do the same things that Starbucks could do for their customers because we were under a Target. Additionally, it was either long hours or short hours so the pay per week fluctuated a lot depending on availability.
