      There are a huge number of problems to solve! Autonomy given to solve these problems Colleagues can be collaborative depending on the department Some departments are quite innovative It can be fun and there are great colleagues across the world Aspirational product

      Cons

      My departments felt like a step back in time with outdated technologies and excel files abound Politics - it is a huge and complex organisation that makes it difficult to traverse and change is slow
