Pros

Great office, equipment, super chairs, chrome box a bit slow but never mind. The company provides many activities such as free surfing, language classes, outdoor activities. Career paths: they offer a trainee program called Jump. HR highly endeavoured to stay with the company and offered alternate projects. Generally, great support between colleagues except you are the chosen bullied one.

Cons

On team leader: immatured, favouritism (picks people according to his private, free time entertainment and needs), bullying (Excluding and ignoring people and their contribution, unacceptable criticisms and overloading people with work the whole latter) with an extreme need to put experienced people below unexperienced. Is this wanted by the company? Many role related unqualified, unskilled people. Most Trainer, QA, team leader or specialist just trained on the Job not much expertise, Y.....? On company accommodation: extremely aggressive flatmate attacked me while team spirit walked right out the door. Needed a bouncer (provided by the company) to get my stuff out. Here the company reacted really fast, thumbs up for that. Salary range speaks for itself.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
