      there really are no pros

      Cons

      Too much meaningless internal activities. Team lunches and events require us to pay out of pocket, yet senior still expects us to join. Trying to foster team unity through these pointless and insincere activities only creates a superficial facade—there's nothing meaningful beneath it.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
