      Unique value proposition, global reach, great client base

      Cons

      High pressure environment with bullying culture, incompetent leadership team, helicoptered environment, don't fall for the great place to work tagline, poor work life balance and overtime is expected, Senior leadership team does not care about employee well being. TMF can be brutal.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
