      Easy entry in organisation. Number of employees are very less so you can have good bondings.

      Cons

      High Iteration turnover, Poor Salary and Incentives, Imbalanced and very dynamic upper management, Poor HR management, Only one or two people managing the HR responsibilities, Huge Cost cutting strategies, even AC gets off after certain time.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
