      Pros

      Good working environment and management team. Easy to liaise with the management team and very approachable. Workload is also pretty ok.

      Cons

      Very behind IT wise, a lot of works are very manual and prone to human errors. IT staff are also lacking in terms of practical knowledge. Citrix is a joke.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
